How does a challenge work?
Our challenges are free of charge for everybody who's currently a member in Feel Fabulous! So before you do anything else, make sure your subscription is active when the next challenge starts.
Each challenge has a specific start date, and runs for 14 days.
You can join at any time by clicking on the banner at the top of the Feel Fabulous dashboard here:

For every day of the challenge you'll receive an email from us with a link to a new page inside Feel Fabulous.
On each daily page you'll receive a lesson, a video from our experts, and further resources. So all you need to do is look out for our emails (or visit the challenges section of Feel Fabulous) and follow along each day
