I can login on one device, but not another
If you can log in on one device but not on another, the only thing that may block you is if your browser / device stored an old password and then auto-fills the login form with the outdated password.
So just to confirm: did you manually enter the password?
And can you try the following on the device which does log in correctly.

- Scroll to the bottom and click "Logout" in the footer (even if you're not logged in)
- Close the tab / window where you logged in before
- Open this link in a new window: https://members.betterlifesummits.com/
- Re-enter your login details MANUALLY and click "Login"

- Open this page in the browser: https://feelfabulousoverforty.com/my-account/
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Logout" in the footer (even if you're not logged in)
- Close the tab / window where you logged in before
- Open this link in a new window: https://feelfabulousoverforty.com/my-account/
- Re-enter your login details MANUALLY and click "Login"
Does that log you in correctly?
If so, repeat the same process on the device / browser where it did not work. Be sure to manually enter the same password. That should work as long as that device / browser does not intervene by auto-filling the password field with an old saved password.
