Can I ask for a refund for a summit package or other program?

We typically offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all programs and packages.

For summit packages, the guarantee period is typically 30 days. We only start counting down the 30 days once we’ve added all the content to the member center. That means if you take advantage of the Early Bird offer your refund window doesn’t start immediately, but only once you have access to everything.
